Nnanke is a Senior Consultant at Brooks & Knights. She is an expert in energy, environment and policy issues. She also works with BKLC’s clients on corporate, commercial and finance matters.

Before joining Brooks & Knights, Nnanke worked in a leading law firm in Lagos where she was a key member of the Energy & Project Development Teams. She has worked as an Energy and Environmental policy analyst in Nigeria and the United States and was formerly part of a marine logistics company.

She is a prolific author, and her work has been widely published on acclaimed legal and business publications and websites including Chambers Global Practice Guides, Lexology, Mondaq, Africa Analyst and Energy Central.

Adetayo Adetuyi, LLM

Adetayo, a Senior Consultant with Brooks & Knights has expertise in energy related infrastructure and project financings, including advising sponsors, operators and investors on a wide range of transactions involving offshore oil and gas exploration and production facilities, utilities, real estate and infrastructure and tax related issues.

Prior to joining Brooks & Knights, Adetayo worked with a leading law firm in Lagos and also, as in-house counsel to an Independent Power Plant (IPP) developer where he gained a working knowledge of the Nigerian electricity industry, from a business perspective and played an important role in advising and negotiating several transactions for the company. Adetayo played an active role in negotiating key terms of the company’s gas sale and purchase agreement, gas transportation agreement and power purchase agreement.
